For Medallia Experience 2024, the company’s flagship event at the Wynn Las Vegas, every speaker — from executives to breakout hosts — needed presentations that felt unified, on-brand, and impactful. With multiple slides to produce, the challenge was maintaining consistency, quality, and agility for inevitable last-minute changes.

Solution

Across the board, our goal was simple: elevate the experience — visually and strategically. From the first keynote to the final breakout, every slide worked in sync to drive clarity, energy, and momentum.

In total, we delivered 1,500+ slides and supported the team on-site in Vegas to handle last-minute changes and ensure everything ran flawlessly. A true all-in effort to power one of the most important customer experience events of the year.
